The Real Neat Blog Award

I’m happy to announce that I’ve recently received another blogger award nomination. This time it’s from the lovely Deandra over at The Black Princess Diaries for The Real Neat Blog Award. She’s a lifestyle blogger who shares her poetry, her thoughts on various subjects, and tips. I’ve received a few blog award nominations throughout my time blogging, and it’s always an honor to be recognized by fellow bloggers. This award gives the nominator the opportunity to learn seven new things about the bloggers they nominate by asking them seven questions. What’s your favorite thing about blogging?

Connecting with other bloggers. Everyone I’ve met through blogging is so creative and talented. I’ve learned new things through their post and they’ve inspired me to step outside of my comfort zone and try new things.

What does your perfect off day look like?

I’m a simple person. So my perfect off day would be a morning walk, followed by a big brunch. Then lounging around watching anime and eating snacks.

If you could have any animal in the world as a pet, what would you choose?

I’d love to have an aquarium full of exotic fish. I find it relaxing watching fish swim around and the sound of water.

Do you prefer to read the book or watch the movie?

Read the book. A lot more can be put into a book than a movie so for me, the book is going to be better than the movie. So, I prefer to read the book first then watch the movie.

What’s your favorite social media app and why?

I don’t know if it counts as a social media app, but I love Pinterest I can spend hours on there looking at recipes and crafts projects.

Do you prefer to blog in an office at a desk or go out to a coffee shop/library/ etc?

I do enjoy visiting coffee shops and getting work done, but I prefer an office at a desk. At coffee shops, I get distracted by going on around me and I prefer my desktop computer over my laptop.
