Vegan Cranberry and Pecan "Chicken" Salad

It’s summer and you know what that means? Barbecue season and even if you are a vegan or a vegetarian you don’t have to miss out on some delicious barbecue. These super easy chickpeas and tofu BBQ sandwiches and packed full of flavor and smothered in barbecue sauce. Inspired by “Bleeding Part of Me” by Paris Paloma — a piece about the kind of love that keeps you on the battlefield, mistaking pain for intimacy and survival for healing.
