Constantly focusing on dieting, being thin, or having an overall dissatisfaction with your body are unhealthy ideas and actions. We come in contact with them at a young age then internalize them and pass on to others at a young age. It’s a toxic cycle that can lead to eating disorders but, this can be stopped. By encouraging a happy and healthy with your body by adjusting your mindset. We can encourage young people to have a positive body image. 2018 has come to an end. It wasn’t the greatest year but there are some moments that I can look back on fondly. I spent time with my sister and saw one of my favorite bands in concert. I went to my first ever light festival, got a hedgehog, and bought my very first home. But there is one thing I wanna look back at and that’s my first year of blogging. I’ve learned a lot my first year of blogging some of which I wish I knew before I started. So I wanted to share some of the things I learned my first year of blogging along long with my plans moving forward for my blog.
