There are lots of compelling reasons for why we should eat healthily. It’s fundamental to our overall well-being, reduces our risk of health issues, and helps us maintain a healthy weight. And that’s only to name a few, with perks like that you’d think would be no problem finding the motivation to eat healthily. However, that’s not the case. There’s stress, temptation, and excessive diet advice out there lurking. Causing us to default to old habits, because we end up focusing on trying to achieve perfection which doesn’t exist. Even though creating healthy eating habits may seem impossible to stick to. It’s still doable, by shifting your focus to creating healthy lifestyle habits over time. That way it becomes a lifestyle and not a fad. So here are a few steps you can take that’ll help you stay motivated to eat healthily.

I know it can be tempting to skip stretching after an intense workout, but taking 5 to 10 minutes to dedicate to stretching after a workout can reduce muscle tension and boost your performance the next time you workout.  So don’t forget to stretch after a hard workout session and check out these five post-workout stretches.

So I created a workout routine to help me achieve that goal. At first, I thought since I had no experience is fitness that I’d need to meet with a trainer and have them create a plan for me. But after hours of research, I realized that I could create my own personalized workout routine even with some research and planning.
