Easy Felt Halloween Wreath DIY

Easy Felt Halloween Wreath DIY

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, and I’ve been in the decorating mood. It’s a busy month for me, so I’m not going to go full out like I usually do. Instead, I’m keeping things simple and just decorating the front door. The wreath I usually use, has glitter on it and it gets everywhere, and I didn’t want to spend the month cleaning up glitter. So, I decided to make a new one and donate the old one. And, since this is going to be a busy month I didn’t want the new wreath to complicated.  After digging in my craft closet and brainstorming I came up with this easy Halloween wreath. It can put together in a couple of hours and adds a touch of Haloween to my front door. So, if you’re looking to give your front door a dose of spooky this year, try this easy to make Halloween wreath.

September 2019 Wrap-up

September was a laid back chill month for me. After getting back from Dragon Con I have a lot of things to catch up on. After that, I started working on new cosplay builds for Youma Con and watched lots of anime. I did manage to get out of the house to enjoy the last bit of summer and go on a couple of nature walks. Toward the end of September, we got some rain and with that, it started to cool off. So, I enjoyed the cooler weather and started to get in the autumn mood. Even though September wasn’t an exciting month, it was nice to have a break from everything and relax. So here’s how my September went.

How to Combat Burnout

What is burnout?

Burnout is feeling emotional, physically, and mentally exhausted after extended excessive periods of stress. Even though burnout may be a result of excessive stress, it isn’t the same as too much stress. When you are stressed out mentally and physically by too many pressures or demands, you can still look on the bright side. For example, things will get better once you have everything under control. But with burnout, it’s about feeling mentally and physically exhausted to the point you don’t care anymore, and have lost motivation. This feeling tends to hit when you feel overwhelmed with constantly trying to meet demands. It can make it harder to focus, zap your energy, and reduce your productivity. It can negatively affect things in your life like work or school so, it’s important to deal with it right away and take steps to combat burnout.
