It’s common for someone to look in the mirror, see something they don’t like, and think negatively about their body. Having a negative body image affects millions of people struggling with eating disorders and body dysmorphic disorder. We all know that we shouldn’t spend so much time worrying about what’s on the outside, but don’t always know how to fix the problem. A good book, a cozy candle, a little sparkle, and a quiet moment to yourself. Sometimes the best kind of self-care is slowing down, getting lost in a story, and letting the rest of the world wait. ✨

This one was a dark and gripping read. The Keeper pulls you into a story filled with secrets, trauma, and the complicated ways people can be shaped by their past. I found myself wanting to keep turning the pages to uncover what was really happening beneath the surface.

It’s the kind of book that stays with you after you put it down—thought-provoking, unsettling, and definitely not a light read. If you enjoy psychological fiction with darker themes and plenty to think about, this one is worth adding to your TBR. 🖤📖
