It feels surreal to be writing blog post again after what feels like ages. Life has been a whirlwind of excitement, challenges, and growth, and I’m thrilled to finally sit down and share it all with you.

When we are faced with challenges, our minds can play tricks on us. Making us feel as if we aren’t important and that our presence doesn’t matter to those around us. Look around and you’ll find people who care, and that you mean the world too. You matter, and your existence in this world matters and makes a difference to those around you. I know it’s easy to lose sight of this on those bad days. When the world feels like it’s crashing down, and no one would miss you if you disappeared. Your presence will be missed by all those who’ve gotten the chance to get to you know.
What we experience rather it be happiness or suffering is dependent on our current state of consciousness. We have the ability to heal, transform, or grow at any time. One day you’re wealthy, taking exotic trips surrounded by all the lavishes life has to offer. All of that can be gone in an instant, and you’re left feeling lost, empty, and depressed. True freedom, genuine joy, and happiness come when you stop searching outside of yourself and start looking within. By letting go of limiting beliefs and being present.
Are you living the life you’ve always wanted, or are you settling for less? If you’re feeling stuck or you’ve hit a plateau, know that it is never too late to make changes. You can reprogram your mind to give you the focus and determination it takes to design your dream life. When it comes to what we deserve in life, most of us have a vague perception of what that is. When things don’t go our way, we often get frustrated or upset.
We all want to better ourselves. Rather it’s learning a new skill or breaking a bad habit. And journaling is an inexpensive way to do it. It’s a powerful tool for personal growth. It empowers us by analyzing and seeking solutions, instead of feeling powerless or overwhelmed by our problems. It helps us look deeper and define our goals so we can make them a reality. Personal growth doesn’t always come easy, but journaling is a great place to start. So here’s how journaling can promote personal growth.
