The problem with a fitness slump is that it can be really hard to get out of them, and it can keep us from reaching our fitness goals. But, the good news is there are ways to get out of a workout slump. So here are some ways to stay motivated when you’re in a workout slump so you can reach your fitness goals.

This one was a dark and gripping read. The Keeper pulls you into a story filled with secrets, trauma, and the complicated ways people can be shaped by their past. I found myself wanting to keep turning the pages to uncover what was really happening beneath the surface.

It’s the kind of book that stays with you after you put it down—thought-provoking, unsettling, and definitely not a light read. If you enjoy psychological fiction with darker themes and plenty to think about, this one is worth adding to your TBR. 🖤📖
