Easy Last-Minute Thanksgiving Centerpiece
You’ll need
- Wire Basket
- Decorative Rope
- Floral Foam
- Candle Holders
- Fake Flowers
- Decorative Rocks
- Flameless tea lights
- Scissors
- Hot Glue Gun
- Wire Cutters
- Knife
Instructions
- Starting at the top of your basket, lay a small bead of glue on your rope and attach the end of your rope to your basket. Then wrap the rope around the basket, while using glue to secure it in place. Continue wrapping and gluing until you reach the bottom.
- Next, use a knife to cut the floral foam to fit inside the basket. After that use your wire cutters to trim your flowers. Then arrange and insert them into the floral foam so they stay in place.
- Pour the rocks into the basket to cover the floral foam and lastly place your candle holder with tea lights on top and enjoy.
Notes
- Do not use a flame for the candle holders. It will turn your centerpiece into a fire hazard.

This is such a pretty centerpiece and looks simple to make, especially for someone like me who isn’t super crafty with my hands. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, it’s certainly something that doesn’t require a certain skill level and can be throw together in a short amount of time.
THIS IS SO CUTE OMG, how creative! I love the shade of these flowers too haha. Wrapping it up in twine or rope on the outside was such a smart idea as it makes it much more homely and cute. We don’t usually have any cute centerpieces on the table cause we’re not creative enough lol but this is making me think next of what i could do for Christmas.

Thank you! There were so many pretty fall-themed flowers to pick from that I wanted them all. Up until recently, I didn’t worry about centerpieces but I think they’re a nice touch and tie everything together. That’s exciting! I’d love to see what you come up with for Christmas.
