No Sewing Required!

These holiday felt coasters are A fun holiday project that’s great to add to your holiday decor or give away as a gift. It’s easy to whip up a set for whatever occasion you made need it for. There is no sewing involved and all you need is a few sheets of craft and glue. Therefore this is the kind of project you can do with very little experience since it requires no special skills or equipment. You can do all 5 of the designs or just pick your favorite and they’ll add holiday cheer to any table. So give these holiday felt coasters a try not only will they protect your table. But are also great for entertaining during the holidays.

What you’ll need:
Instructions:
  1. First, trace the pattern on to the felt then cut out the shapes. Then glue two circles of the same color on top of each other. IMG_5677-side
  2. Next, decorate shapes with 3D puffy paint and let dry. If using. Then glue shapes to the circles.IMG_5688-side
  3. Lastly, enjoy your fun new coaster. IMG_5690
Notes:
  • Trace the patterns onto freezer paper then cut out the shape. Place shapes on the felt with waxy side touching the felt. Then lightly iron the shapes onto your felt and peel off the freezer paper. This will make it easier to cut out the shapes.
  • For the snowman’s eyes, buttons, and nose I drew it with a permanent marker. Otherwise, you can use 3-D puffy paint or leave it blank.
  • Also, you can easily turn these holiday coasters into ornaments for your tree. Just sandwich a piece of ribbon between the two circles and glue into place.
