I need to look into getting some new resistance bands. The ones that I have roll down so I want to try the cloth or felt ones. I’ve also been looking into getting weights, but I think I want to try using a kettle ball instead of buying regular weights. Great suggestions!
Thank you, I didn’t know they made resistance bands out of cloth. I’ll have to look into that.
