Have you ever felt aches and pains after hours of gaming? Or do you have a desk job that involves sitting at the computer for long periods of time? If the answer to that question is yes then you’re in the right place. Playing video games or sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time can cause problems in your eyes, neck, shoulder, wrist, and back. You can relieve and even prevent the problems caused by this by wearing blue light blocking glasses while you game or work on the computer, and doing a few simple stretches. So if you start to feel tension after playing a game for a while or have a desk job that involves hours on sitting try doing these simple stretches. This will help relieve or prevent any neck, back, wrist, or shoulder pain you may experience while playing video games or during a long workday.

KC Game On

Being someone who is new to the Kansas City area I’m always searching for things to do in the area. During one of my searches, I came across KC Game On. It is a not for profit group that host bi-monthly gaming events. It started off small but has grown over the years to include Kansas City’s premier gaming event KC Game Con. They offer free general admission to get people in the door so that they learn more about esports and understand the gaming culture. This past Saturday I visited KC Game Con and saw how much they had to offer to the Midwest gaming community. The KC Game Con had a lot to offer its guest.

5 Horror Games to Spook up Your Halloween

The month of October means a lot of things like pumpkin-flavored everything and comfy sweaters. But it means Halloween the best day for horror movies and video games. Playing a horror game is a lot different from watching a horror movie. Video games allow you to get right in on the action. 5 Video Games That Let You Get Creative
Above all, videos are meant to be just one thing: fun. Fun for everyone.  -Satoru Itawa

Creativity is apart of our daily lives, and we use it in things like art and writing. One place you wouldn’t expect to use creativity is in video games. But, many video games utilize critical thinking skills and quick decision-making. Unfortunately, most people still don’t know that video games play a vital role in boosting creativity for kids and adults alike. So, I’ve compiled a list of video games that let you get creative. These games are not only fun but have unique gameplay and promote creativity. Some of the games allow you to create, while other games just have unique gameplay and plot that’ll make you think.

📚🕯️ Book Review: The Keeper by Jessica Moor This 📚🕯️ Book Review: The Keeper by Jessica Moor

This one was a dark and gripping read. The Keeper pulls you into a story filled with secrets, trauma, and the complicated ways people can be shaped by their past. I found myself wanting to keep turning the pages to uncover what was really happening beneath the surface.

It’s the kind of book that stays with you after you put it down—thought-provoking, unsettling, and definitely not a light read. If you enjoy psychological fiction with darker themes and plenty to think about, this one is worth adding to your TBR. 🖤📖
