Working out at home is a convenient way to fit exercise into a busy schedule. I have a gym membership but prefer working out at home because I don’t have to worry about waiting for equipment to be free or wiping some else sweat off a machine. Also, things come up and it’s not always easy to build your life around a gym’s working hours. So it’s nice to be able to exercise in your own home at your own pace. It also doesn’t involve signing up for an expensive contract that’s hard to get out of. So if you’re looking for equipment for your home, so you can easily work out at home. Here’s cheap workout equipment that won’t take up a lot of space.

For example, from 6-6:30 am to I’m going to exercise, then from 6:40-7 am I’m going to take a shower and get dressed. By assigning times to specific tasks you aren’t scrambling to find time to get things done. Time blocking is a useful technique in time management and productivity and will help you get the most out of your time.

Setting boundaries in your personal life is just as important as setting boundaries at work. Boundaries serve as guidelines to let others know how we want to be treated, our limits, and what’s ok and not ok. Most of us spend an average of 40 hours or more at work. So ensuring we are treated with respect by our supervisors and coworkers is crucial to maintaining our mental health. If we don’t set boundaries at work we set ourselves up to be disrespected, overworked, and unappreciated. We sacrifice our happiness, at the expense of trying to please others.
