Working out at home is a convenient way to fit exercise into a busy schedule. I have a gym membership but prefer working out at home because I don’t have to worry about waiting for equipment to be free or wiping some else sweat off a machine. Also, things come up and it’s not always easy to build your life around a gym’s working hours. So it’s nice to be able to exercise in your own home at your own pace. It also doesn’t involve signing up for an expensive contract that’s hard to get out of. So if you’re looking for equipment for your home, so you can easily work out at home. Here’s cheap workout equipment that won’t take up a lot of space.

Stretching after a workout is an important step to prevent fatigue, injury, and will help your muscles recover faster. It’s also a great way to improve your overall flexibility and range of motion. But if you’re in a hurry stretching after a workout sometimes takes a backseat. I know it can be tempting to skip stretching after an intense workout, but taking 5 to 10 minutes to dedicate to stretching after a workout can reduce muscle tension and boost your performance the next time you workout.  So don’t forget to stretch after a hard workout session and check out these five post-workout stretches.

One week you’re pumped and ready to sweat out your frustration with a good workout, and the next week you’re finding it hard to get off the couch. We’ve all been there, super motivated to get healthy and meet our fitness goals. Then suddenly, we can’t find the energy to put on a pair of running shoes. It’s common; even for me, there are points where I’m not motivated to workout and I just want to lay in bed and watch Netflix. The problem with a fitness slump is that it can be really hard to get out of them, and it can keep us from reaching our fitness goals. But, the good news is there are ways to get out of a workout slump. So here are some ways to stay motivated when you’re in a workout slump so you can reach your fitness goals.
