October ‘25 Monthly Wrap-Up

October ‘25 Monthly Wrap-Up

October came with heartbreak and healing. The month started off steady enough, but life quickly became overwhelming when my cat’s health declined. Overcoming the Challenges of life

When we are faced with challenges, our minds can play tricks on us. Making us feel as if we aren’t important and that our presence doesn’t matter to those around us. Look around and you’ll find people who care, and that you mean the world too. You matter, and your existence in this world matters and makes a difference to those around you. I know it’s easy to lose sight of this on those bad days. When the world feels like it’s crashing down, and no one would miss you if you disappeared. Your presence will be missed by all those who’ve gotten the chance to get to you know.

How to find Happiness Within

How to find Happiness Within

What we experience rather it be happiness or suffering is dependent on our current state of consciousness. We have the ability to heal, transform, or grow at any time. One day you’re wealthy, taking exotic trips surrounded by all the lavishes life has to offer. All of that can be gone in an instant, and you’re left feeling lost, empty, and depressed. True freedom, genuine joy, and happiness come when you stop searching outside of yourself and start looking within. By letting go of limiting beliefs and being present.

You can reprogram your mind to give you the focus and determination it takes to design your dream life. When it comes to what we deserve in life, most of us have a vague perception of what that is. When things don’t go our way, we often get frustrated or upset.

Overview:

Nature-loving loner Valentina lives in a small, cozy cabin in the middle of the forest with her dog Sopa. Every night, she has a dream: she lives isolated on another planet with Ane, her partner. And although everything is too strange, too white and too silent, it seems that Ane and Valentina are made for each other. But is Ane real? To what extent is this alternative reality a dream?
