April 2020 Wrap-Up: I Stayed home and made Things

April 2020 Wrap-Up: I Stayed home and make Things

During April, I was able to get a lot done.  Like many people, I stayed home and only left my home for essentials. I took the time to get caught up on things, organize, and declutter. Once I was done with that, I went digging through my craft supplies and made a few things using what I had. With the supplies I had, I made three wall hangs, and a bunch of felt keychains. I also worked on improving my art skills and played around with new art mediums. So here’s a close look at my April, the things I created, what I accomplished, and my goals for May.

March 2020 wrap-up: A Virus ate my good time

March wrap-up: A Virus ate my good time

I debated on it I should do a wrap -up for March. Like many people around the world, my March was filled with uncertainty, bad news, and an overall lack of toilet paper in grocery stores. I started my temp position, but it was cut short due to the Corona Virus. Planet Comicon was postponed, so I didn’t get to see my sister this month. Grocery store shelves nearly empty, and small businesses doing their best to make ends meet. Needless to say, March wasn’t all that positive of a month. But with all the negative things going on I tried to focus on the positives.

February 2020 Wrap-up: Moving into a new Apartment

February Wrap-up: Moving into a new Apartment

My February wasn’t all that exciting. I spent most of it packing, carrying things up four flights of stairs, unpacking, and setting up my new apartment. My mom and dad were kind enough to drive down from Michigan and help me out with my move. They were both a big help. There was one set back, I ended up dropping something on my foot and ending up having to go to the ER. Luckily, I didn’t break or fracture my foot, but I did end up in a boot with crutches. I was worried that my move was going to take longer than anticipated, but my dad came through.

January wrap-up: how I started 2020

I spent the last few weeks of 2019 with the flu. But, while I was sick in bed I had a lot of time to do some reflecting on the year. After opening my journal to a blank page, I wrote about what I liked from the past year and what I didn’t like. Once I reflected on those things, I then thought and wrote about the changes I could make to have an even better year. So here are a few of the changes I made for 2020, how my January went, as well as my February goals.

2019 Blogging Wrap-up

Goodbye 2019 and Hello 2020

2019 is over, and it’s the start of a new year. And today is my blog’s second anniversary. My second year of blogging went a lot smoother than my first. And I was able to stay on a consistent blogging schedule. As well as interact more with other bloggers and open an online store to accompany my blog. Outside of blogging, I was able to a lot more in 2019 than I was in 2018. Since I wasn’t working two jobs I was able to travel, hang out with my little sister, and attend different events. With it being the start of the year, I wanted to take a look back at my second year of blogging. So here’s my blogging wrap-up of 2019, what I learned, and what I have planned for 2020.
