There are lots of compelling reasons for why we should eat healthily. It’s fundamental to our overall well-being, reduces our risk of health issues, and helps us maintain a healthy weight. And that’s only to name a few, with perks like that you’d think would be no problem finding the motivation to eat healthily. However, that’s not the case. There’s stress, temptation, and excessive diet advice out there lurking. Causing us to default to old habits, because we end up focusing on trying to achieve perfection which doesn’t exist. Even though creating healthy eating habits may seem impossible to stick to. It’s still doable, by shifting your focus to creating healthy lifestyle habits over time.
