June Wrap-Up

June Wrap-Up

Just like May, June got off to a busy start. My little sister visited for a week and had a lot of fun. We went to a cat cafe and did cat yoga, went to VegFest, and saw Game Grumps Live. After she left, I was exhausted and took a break to get caught up on things and celebrated my 29th birthday.

May Wrap-Up

Hello June and goodbye May!

May started off busy. My little sister came to visit and we hung out and went to a hip hop music festival together. After that, my father in law was in town for my husband’s graduation. April Wrap-Up
Hello May & Goodbye April

April was way less busy than March for me. I had more free time and was able to read more books and catch up on a couple of Netflix series. Spring Break Adventure

My little sister came to visit me for a week for her spring break. Originally we were planning to visit Colorado and do some hiking in the mountains but since the weather wasn’t the best for hiking. We decided to hang out and explore Kansas City together. It was cold with freezing temperatures so I tried to find things for us to do that were indoors.

KC Game On

Being someone who is new to the Kansas City area I’m always searching for things to do in the area. During one of my searches, I came across KC Game On. It is a not for profit group that host bi-monthly gaming events. It started off small but has grown over the years to include Kansas City’s premier gaming event KC Game Con. They offer free general admission to get people in the door so that they learn more about esports and understand the gaming culture. This past Saturday I visited KC Game Con and saw how much they had to offer to the Midwest gaming community. The KC Game Con had a lot to offer its guest.
