October 2019 Wrap-up

November 4, 2019 by Angela Louise 4 Comments
October 2019

October was busy, but a very fun month. I finished both of my cosplays in time for Youma Con and had a great time on my solo trip to Chicago. And, surprisingly I was able to visit a pumpkin patch and try a pumpkin spice latte for the first time. I even got to see a musical I’ve been wanting to see for a while. Overall I’m happy with how October went. I went into last month unsure if I was going to be able to get everything done. But I worked hard, focused, and got everything done so I could enjoy some downtime last month. So, here’s what I did in October and what I have planned for November.

August 2019 Wrap-up

August was a month of ups and downs. I went to Second Saturdays and got to try a delicious new plant-based restaurant and some new items of one of my favorite food trucks. But, sadly I had to say goodbye to the trees in my backyard. Even though August had its ups and downs, I was able to get all my cosplays but one for Dragon Con. So, here’s a wrap-up of my August and what I have planned for September.

July Wrap-Up

July Wrap-Up

Unlike my last couple of month, July did not get off to a busy start, but I did have a lot of issues with my social media accounts. So instead of stressing about it, I signed off and worked on some offline projects. One of the projects I worked on was a teepee. It wasn’t my first time making a teepee I’ve made a small one for my sister’s cat. Which he did not like and resigns somewhere in my parent’s house. So I was confident in my ability to make a large one for myself.

June Wrap-Up

June Wrap-Up

Just like May, June got off to a busy start. My little sister visited for a week and had a lot of fun. We went to a cat cafe and did cat yoga, went to VegFest, and saw Game Grumps Live. After she left, I was exhausted and took a break to get caught up on things and celebrated my 29th birthday.

May Wrap-Up

May Wrap-Up

Hello June and goodbye May!

May started off busy. My little sister came to visit and we hung out and went to a hip hop music festival together. After that, my father in law was in town for my husband’s graduation. So my May got off to a fun but busy start. Once I was done with people visiting I worked on some cosplay projects. I didn’t do much reading in May, but I did start a new anime series.
